Aurora Over North Central Illinois
A coronal mass ejection (CME) hit the earth yesterday and as result, I was fortunate to capture the aurora borealis with reasonable success around 9 PM CDT.
I was in Door County last week and they said the N lights could be seen..but I missed that night..and the next night ...nothing..thanks for the shots...Oh how I love those shooting whatevers across the sky.....
